Photos document the work. You see what we see, before and after.
Old fixture removed. New fixture installed. Hot, cold, diverter all tested. Photos taken before, during, and after. Sent to you at close-out.
Older homes in Kotlik often have discontinued valve systems. We verify compatibility before parts are sourced, so the install doesn't become a two-visit job.
Sometimes the right call is a cartridge, not a new faucet. We diagnose first. Photo of the existing condition. Honest call.
Single valve serves bath and shower head. We handle the full assembly: diverter, arm, trim. One visit when parts are confirmed.
Last installer left a leak? We finish what they didn't. Document the issue. Fix the install properly.
Common companion job. Often easier to handle on the same visit than as a separate trip to your home.
Kitchen, bathroom sink, utility tub — same-visit when scheduling allows.
A faucet sits at the intersection of three plumbing systems — supply, mixing, and diversion. Each can fail for different reasons. Photo documentation of the existing condition lets us identify which system caused the original problem, so the replacement doesn't repeat it.
You also have a record. If anything ever comes up after the install — even years later — you have photos showing what was done, how, and what was behind the wall.
"Booked Wednesday, installed Thursday. Photos arrived in my inbox that evening. Clean, straightforward, no callback issues. Real professionals."
"They photographed an issue with my supply line that they noticed during the install. Showed me the photo, explained it, gave me the option of addressing it now or later. I appreciated being asked instead of being charged for surprise work."
"Small leak appeared at the spout connection two weeks after install. They came back same day, no charge, photographed the fix, and resolved it. Stand-up."
Same-day installs available when parts compatibility is confirmed in advance. Send the photo of your existing fixture when you book, and we can usually slot you in within forty-eight hours.
Most homeowners who book a same-day bathtub faucet replacement assume the quick install is the better deal. Lower disruption, faster completion, problem solved. The math feels obvious.
The math is sometimes wrong, and the cost shows up months later.
A rushed bathtub faucet install commonly involves shortcuts that aren't visible at the close of the job. The cartridge isn't seated to specification. The trim isn't torqued to the right values. The seal at the supply union isn't tested under sustained pressure. The wall opening, if one was needed, isn't dressed properly for the wall finish.
None of these issues produce an immediate visible problem. The faucet works at the end of the install. The water runs hot, cold, and through the diverter. The homeowner pays the bill and moves on.
The problems emerge weeks or months later. The cartridge develops a slow leak that wasn't present at install. The trim begins to loosen and the handle wobbles. The supply union develops a slow drip behind the wall that the homeowner doesn't notice until water damage shows up on the ceiling below.
By the time these issues become visible, the original installer is long gone, and the homeowner is paying a second plumber to diagnose and correct work that should have held the first time.
The way to avoid this isn't to skip the same-day install — it's to insist on documentation of the work. Photos of the cartridge installation. Photos of the torque setting on the trim. Photos of the supply connection before the wall is closed. The documentation creates accountability, both at the moment of install and for any future issue that arises.
